- Non-Delivery of Service: A refund may be issued if there is a significant failure to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe that cannot be attributed to client inaction or delay.
- Service Not as Described: If our service does not match the description provided or if projects include features that are significantly different from what was agreed upon, a partial refund may be considered.
- Major Defects: All our services are thoroughly tested before delivery. However, unexpected defects reported within 7 days from the delivery date that significantly impact the usability or intended purpose of the service may qualify for corrections at no additional cost or a partial refund.
Non-refundable Services
All services completed and delivered to the client's satisfaction are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Consultation services
- Completed social media marketing campaigns
- Completed software development projects or milestones
